The Solicitation number has changed, all other information remains unchanged.Travis AFB is seeking to acquire commerical services IAW FAR part 12 and 13.5 to perform off-site Inpatient Transcription Services for the David Grant Medical Centerat at Travis AFB. Contractor will be expected to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and transportation to provide this service. Complete details of services and qualifications will be provided in the performance work statement (PWS). The performance period is a base year and four one year options, from date of award through 30 Sep 2009 if all options are exercised. This is 100% small business setaside under NAICS Code is 561410. The related Small Business Size Standard is $6 million. This will be a Request for Proposal. Award will be made on based upon Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 15 using Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO).. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed offer.
