SYNOPSIS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to obtain information from all qualified businesses, with special interest in seeking: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Business Concerns. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any incurred in developing information provided to the Government. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMEMT The Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road in Decatur Georgia anticipates a requirement for Intraoperative Neuro-physiologic Monitoring (IONM) Services. IONM uses recordings of electrical potentials from the nervous system during surgical procedures intended to reduce the risk of neurological deficits. Technician must be certified by the American Board of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists. Coverage Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur Georgia 30033. The NAICS code is 621999. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large) and DUNS Number. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability (no longer than 5 pages) that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in providing this type of service. 3) Submit Capability Statements via email to [email protected] by May 3, 2019. Responses should be received no later than 4:00 PM EST. NO CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED AFTER MAY 3, 2019. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION). A FUTURE NOTICE WILL BE POSTED WHEN THE SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED. 4) Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
