This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (Hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NACIS 621498 (size standard of $20.5 Million). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the FedBizOpps website. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Activity, is seeking Contractors that can provide a Community Based Outpatient Clinic facility and medical services to Veteran beneficiaries of the East Los Angeles community. The medical services must be conducted in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, which will be attached to the solicitation upon release. Contractor's CBOC shall provide Primary Care and MH services supporting a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate referral and follow-up.
