The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide the services of one or two Board Certified/Eligible radiologists, to work a normal daytime shift, Monday through Friday, no ON CALL required, at the Milwaukee WI VA Medical Center, from 10/21/02 through 6/30/03, with an option to extend through 1/31/04. Work includes reading general x-rays and performing fluoroscopic exams and minor radiology (interventional) procedures. Quotes will be considered for a variety of time periods that are less than the total required contract period. More than one contract may be awarded. Quotes for the radiologist to start on 10/21/02 should be submitted by 8:00 am on 10/15/02, or sooner if possible. Quotes for time periods starting after 10/21/02 should be submitted by close of business on 10/31/02. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 8, 2002.
