The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting proposals to acquire the professional services of a Radiologist to interpret mammography films offsite for the Fort Belknap Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, Harlem, Montana and the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. And, the services of a mammography technologist to perform mammograms at the Crow Service Unit. The Indian Health Service reserves the right to award either a single contract or multiple contracts as a result of this solicitation. The contract(s) will be awarded for a 12-month period with four 12-month options.
