Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, transportation and tools required to provide massage therapy services at the Luke Air Force Base Health and Wellness Center. The resultant contract will be a concessionaire contract. The Government is expecting a percentage return on gross sales. This percentage shall be one of the determining factors in deciding the awardee. No appropriated funds of the U.S. Government shall become due or paid to the awardee by reason of the resultant contract. This procurement is being conducted as 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 621399, size standard is $6M. Concessionaire shall be start on or about 10 February 2007.
