The mental health services to be provided under this subcontract shall conform, at a minimum, to mental health services specified in the Job Corps Federal Regulations (Title 20 code of Federal Regulations, Part 638.510), in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH), chapter 6.10 R1 and applicable Technical Assistance Guides (TAG's). To accomplish these ends, the Center MHC shall: Provide mental health and wellness services for a maximum of twenty two and one half (22.5) hours per week. Any additional hours must be approved in advance by the Center Director. Of the 22.5 hours per week, 18.5 hours per week shall be provided on-site at the facilities located at the Center Wellness Services Clinic in Edinburgh, Indiana and 4 hours per week will be provided on-site at the facilities located at the IndyPendence Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
