This is a Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation is included in this posting. The solicitation number is VA263-17-Q-0174 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is set aside for all service disabled veteran owned small businesses.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 is soliciting quotes for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to an offeror capable of providing a 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Medical Doctor, board certified or board eligible in Nephrologist provider on site at the Fargo Health Care System, 2101 Elm Street North, Fargo, ND, 58102. The anticipated period of performance will be from February 1, 2017 (or date of award) through July 31, 2017 for the six-month Base period, with a six-month option renewal period. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
