The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for Nephrology Services at the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Hospital in Pine Ridge, S.D. Contractor will work approximately two (2) days per month. The unit price is an all inclusive cost, which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the the date of this publication which will be December 29, 2007. The closing date of this RFQ package is Janurary 18, 2008.
