The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for remote Teleradiology Services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The contractor shall provide qualified board certified radiologists necessary to provide remote after-hours (Night Shift) and back-up professional (interpretation) radiology services. This requirement is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The period of performance is for base plus two option years. The base year is to begin on/about 01 March 2014 to 28 February 2015. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal. Offers, including options, will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services, and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government.
