The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service purchase order for OB/GYN services at the Wagner PHS, IHS Health clinic, Wagner, South Dakota. The period of performance will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Services will be one day per week, on-site. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and a copy of the RFQ package will be mailed approximately 15 days AFTER the date of this publication.
