Oregon National Guard seeks the services of an organization that can assist with providing Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) and Dental services (exam and treatment) to soldiers. The solicitation is W912JV-10-T-2006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by 22 June 2010, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time.
