The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting proposals from interested providers to provide on-site Otolaryngology services at the Winnebago PHS Indian Hospital. The contract physician shall provide services 1/2 day (4 hours) on a monthly basis. The contract physician shall provide services compatible with the Winnebago Service Unit medical facilities' operating capacity and equipment. Services cover the range of physician services typically provided in a rural civilian practice of similar size. The service is to be performed for one year after award with four (4) one year option periods to extend for a total of five (5) years. Requiests for copies of RFP-02-03 will be available approximately 15 days from publication. Solicitation closing date is tentatively scheduled for May 1, 2002.
