THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Q-Par 2-16GHz slant omni range antenna. The antenna is slanted, covers a wide range of frequencies (2-18 GHz) with positive nominal range up to 8.4 dBi, VSWR<2.5, omni-directions with wide vertical beam-width. This is a Sole Source with Q-PAR Antennas USA, LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Q-PAR Antennas USA, LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement This antenna is slanted, cover wide range of frequencies (2-18GHz) with positive nominal gain up to 8.4 dBi, VSWR < 2.5, omni-directional with wide vertical beam-width. The antenna is to provide the capability to detect signals within 3dB from any polarization sources. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334220.

FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Q-PAR Antennas USA, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
