In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, Lackland AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to San Antonio Pediatric Surgery Associates for non-personal pediatric surgeon service at Wilford Hall Medical Center, 2200 Bergquist, Lackland AFB, Texas 78236. The purchase order will be for one year commencing 28 September 2005 and ending 27 September 2006. The appropriate size standard is $8,500,000 and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this service is 621111- Offices of Physicians. Service: Up to 75 (seventy five) days of pediatric surgeon services consisting of every other weekend and occasional TDY's (Temporary Duty) coverage.
