The purpose of this notice is to REPLACE LANGUAGE IN PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ITS ENTIRETY. The language is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following: The Birmingham VA Medical Center (BVAMC), 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL has a requirement for perfusion services, specifically 0.62 FTE Perfusionist and 1.02 FTE Perfusion Assistant services. The services shall be provided at the BVAMC. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award with four (4), one (1) year options, if exercised. The applicable NAICS Code is 621399 - Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, with a size standard of $7.0 million. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, and VAAR Part 873. The solicitation document shall be available on or about December 13, 2012.
