The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Volunteers of America of Indiana, 927 N Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 to provide Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program Services for Psychiatry Services. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements.
