The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for Pulmonary Intensivist to provide medical services at Naval Hospital Guam. The Navy intends to negotiate with Elisabeth Carr, M.D. as the only responsible source that can provide the Pulmonary Intensivist services. She shall provide these services at Naval Hospital Guam.
