This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, small veteran owned business or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NACIS 621512 (size standard of $12.5 Million). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement will be published in the Fedbizopps website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office, is seeking sources for a potential contract with ACR accredited facilities to provide full scope of Diagnostic Imaging exams and interpretations of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Vascular Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine (NM), Position Emission Tomography (PET) scan, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Guided Biopsies, Mammography's and Cardio stress tests with treadmill,stereostatic breast biopsies, open-sided MRI services for patients of the VA Las Vegas Healthcare System. The contractor's staff and facilities must meet the regulatory standards set forth by the state of Nevada, the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Joint Commission (JC). If you are interested, and are capable of providing the full ranges of the required services at your facilities please provide the requested information as indicated below. The intended contract period will be for a base year and four year options period, which is to begin on or about June, 2008.
