Location is the Valley Costal Bend Texas Veterans Health Care System 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen, TX 78550. NAICS 621511 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The described items must match the Cost Per Reportable Results and leasing currently in use at the Valley Costal Bend VA Medical Center and only Roche Diagnostic can fulfill this requirement. No other company is expected to respond to the requirement. Period of Performance shall be from the date of award, to acceptance and delivery.
