Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 21 Consolidated Contracting Activity is soliciting offers from experienced and qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns to provide community prescription services for urgent or emergent medication for patients being treated at VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (PIHCS) in the State of Hawaii. PIHCS clinics are geographically located in Kauai, Honolulu, Maui, and Hawaii counties, islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii. This Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 and pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8153. Technical capabilities and past performance when combined, are significantly more important than cost and/or price. This RFP is restricted to SDVOSB concerns in accordance with P.L. 109-461. All companies submitting an offer are required to be registered as a SDVOSB at The Center for Veterans Enterprise Web Portal, http://www.vetbiz.gov. NAICS 446110 (size standard $6.5 million) is applicable to this acquisition. In accordance with FAR Part 4.11, prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete and as necessary, update their Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
