NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD
The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source to TA Instruments, for a Q2000 Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). This announcement constitutes the only notice. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The purchase will be made under the simplified acquisition procedures, other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, and Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
