SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Germline Genetic Testing Services for the following VISN 19 Station: Salt Lake City VA Medical Center 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumables/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other items required for the proper testing, analyzing and reporting of results for Germline Genetic Testing services for the Salt Lake City VAMC.
