NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), intends to negotiate on a sole source, firm-fixed-price price VISN-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Cytopath Biopsy Lab, Inc, 760 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY 10573-1341 (DUNS 61-719-4741, Large). This procurement is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The BPA will be effective 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2021 with four (4) pre-priced one (1) year options for renewal. This procurement is for estimated quantities of ThyroSeq® Genomic Classifier tests for multiple VISN 6 Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services Departments. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621511 and business size standard of $35.0 million. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT announcement only. Any responsible source capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than 09/08/2020 at 17:00 / 5:00 PM EDST.
