This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals nor quotes and shall not obligate the government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to obtain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing Emergency Department Physician Services, with the ability to meet the requirements of a resulting solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621493 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Fayetteville VA Medical Center located in Fayetteville N.C.
The Contractor shall have enough Board Certified and/or Board eligible ER physicians who are properly credentialed and have active adjudicated background checks and can meet the operation requirements described in the Performance Work Statement. Twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week Emergency Department physician services coverage at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Fayetteville, North Carolina. Shifts work hours for the Emergency Department Physician shall be two (2) twelve (12 hour) shifts that require a minimum of four (4) physicians per shift
It is the Department of Veteran’s Affairs intention to negotiate and award on a competitive basis. No formal solicitation document exists currently.
Responses to this notice to provide Emergency Department physician services shall provide the following on company letterhead ; Complete Business Name as registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM), Point of Contact, Business Size (large or small), identify whether or not firm falls into any of the Social Economic Categories: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Small Business, etc.), Capability Statement containing information about recent relevant project/s similar in size and nature, DUNS Number and Address, by 3:00 o'clock pm EST 09/25/2020.
