Solicitation Number: 36C24623Q0171 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: VA Pre-Solicitation Notice for Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary Physician Services The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of Salisbury VA Health Care System intends to solicit proposals for a non-personal performance-based service contract for on-site Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary Physician. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent, to solicit for a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Pulmonary Physician services at the Salisbury VA Health Care System facility under a Firm-Fixed Priced contract. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement. The VA will accept proposals until 11/28/2022. The solicitation will be available for download from http://sam.gov Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Proposals will be evaluated for award on a periodic basis. There is an anticipation of a single award from this solicitation, which will be made commensurate with the needs of the Salisbury VA Health Care System. All responsible sources may submit proposals. The VA will only consider proposals from contractors who have the technical capabilities to provide the services requested along with the equipment needed, and a technician who trained, certified, and qualified to perform the services requested.
