DeBakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 621999, with a small business size standard of $20.5M. The contract is expected to be a firm, fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract, with a 60-month ordering period.   The attached Performance Work Statement (Draft) provides details of the services to be provided.
