This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Description: On-Site Urology Physician (NOTE: Review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific qualifications, credentials, work hours, etc) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 dated 01/22/2024. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror must be verified as a small business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting NAICS code 561320 and be listed in the SBA VetCert website as a certified SDVOSB firm. The VA anticipates the award of one Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Quantity Contract. The period of performance is from June 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024 and includes one (1) six-month option period. The option period shall be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
