The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Cancer Registrar Services provided for Kansas City, MO; Columbia, MO; St. Louis, MO; Poplar Bluff, MO; Wichita, KS; Leavenworth, KS; Topeka, KS; and Marion, IL. The term of the contract is a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available October 29, 2021 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $35M. The Solicitation will be issued for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency(s).
