The Contractor shall provide (2) First Step Program (FSP) Health Technician services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto Health Care System in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All work performed under this contract will be completed at VA. Place of Performance: Services shall be provided on-site in the Domiciliary Service located at Menlo Park Division (MPD) of the VAPAHCS at 795 Willow Road, Building 347, Menlo Park, California, 94025.
