The purpose of the solicitation is to award a contract to manage, collect, transport, recycle, demilitarize/mutilate and dispose of scrap and recyclable material in an environmentally responsible and compliant manner. Contractor is responsible to ensure proper adherence of all USG and Host Nation (HN) (i.e Qatar) laws and regulations. This solicitation does NOT involve disposal of hazardous materials or hazardous waste.
