Notice of intent to extend contract N65236-04-D-3119 for QDHT Terminals, Hub Terminals and AN/USC-60A Tri-band Satellite Terminals for the period 28 August 2005 through 27 December 2005. The proposed modification will be issued on a sole source basis to L3 Communications Corporation Satellite Network Division, Hauppauge, NY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source extension will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the agency’ s needs during this period until a competitive contract takes effect.
