The Finance Department will solicit quotations for the Back flow & cross connecting control program done on all City of Eagle Pass Parks and Recreations. The total644660 estimated number of parks and recreation areas is 22. The quote shall include a set schedule for service delivery during our FY2021-2022 that begins on October 1, 2021 and ends on September 30, 2022. Interested vendors are encouraged to visit each Park & Rec to accurately submit a proposal. The City of Eagle Pass may request additional independent services outside of the original contract being solicited now. The City of Eagle Pass reserves the right to procure any additional services requested outside the contract and make a decision that is in the best interest of the City of Eagle Pass. The parks & recreations locations are located below. IMPORTANT: EPWWS must require all water users to comply with the EPWWS Backflow & Cross Connection Control Program, This Program complies with TCEQ requirements for Cross Connecting Control Program and requires that all water users have their backflow preventer valves or assemblies tested on an annual basis by a certified backflow assembly tester, at this time we will only accept submissions
