The Parks and Recreation Department will solicit quotations for customized Award Medals and Trophies for various City held leagues and events. The City is requesting quotes for an estimated 4,000 Award Medals and 300 Trophies per specifications listed below. Award Medals must each contain a personalized team/event label and neck ribbon. Trophies must each contain a personalized label. Interested vendors must provide estimated time to process and deliver requested medals & trophies. PARD may place small or single orders for late additions to the original agreement that may require expedited processing and delivery.
