The Finance Department will solicit quotations for Port-A-John Rentals and Sanitation Cleanup Services for the City of Eagle Pass for FY2025. The total number of services shall be throughout the entire year from October 01, 2024, through September 30, 2025, which will also be the length of the contract. The selected firm will be provided available list of events and dates however not all events have a set date at the time of soliciting quotes. Proposing firm must provide what timeframe needed to successfully provide the service requested. The locations for service delivery shall be provided upon service request by department. Interested vendors are encouraged to ask necessary questions to ensure they fully understand the services being requested by the City of Eagle Pass. The City of Eagle Pass may request additional independent services outside of the original contract being solicited now. The City of Eagle Pass reserves the right to procure any additional services requested outside the contract and make a decision that is in the best interest of the City of Eagle Pass. The locations for service delivery shall be provided upon the service request.
