Project includes a 1 1/2" Type C overlay of Quail Hollow, an existing tar&gravel residential road, 1,460' X 22' with a 70' culdesac. The road is located in the Town of Due West in Abbeville Co. Bid packets may be optained by contacting Abbeville Co. Public Works Dept. Bid opening will be at the Admin Complex (903 W. Greenwood St., Abbeville, SC) at 11:00 am on Oct. 14, 2019. A 5% bid bond/deposit is required. Completion date is 12/20/19
