The Missouri Department of Transportation Northwest District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for plant/quarry pickup of aggregate from various quarries by MoDOT NW staff and trucks on an "as need/if needed" basis with an effective date of January 21, 2020 and ending January 4, 2021. This agreement shall be extenable for up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewals, with both parties in agreement. MoDOT-NW does not guarantee any purchases during the initial contract period. When materials for routine projects are needed, MoDOT-NW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as gradation, cost analysis, availability, and the project proximity (hauling distance) from each quarry location.
