The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Bastrop, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05011600002 for the requirements of the Quarterly Subsistence for FY 2016 2nd Quarter. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Delivery dates with FOB Destinations, will begin on January 1st, 2016. Payment will be made using the Government purchase card. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must have a DUNS number and be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM)/Central Contractor Registration(CCR) database. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) who conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be available on or after November 3rd, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOP's) web site at http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
