The United State Guard, OSC, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to QuestionMark to provide QuestionMark Perception 5 renewals. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITVE QUOTE. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Government and show clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Government's requirements and that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
