The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), is seeking applications from qualified Ivoirian citizens living in la République de Côte d’Ivoire (RCI) to provide services as a Country Program Coordinator (CPC) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire under a Personal Service Contract (PSC), as described in the following solicitation: RFP-ADF-PRG-21-0005_002. 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) was recently posted under RFP-ADF-PRG-0005 with a necessary qualification of five (5) years experience, and has since been updated to reflect a need of ten (10) years experience.
