This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source to the following: The Shipley Group Inc. for the following service: to provide 4 Lenses, Temperament Intelligence, and Community Readiness Consultant Training for AFSPC Family Support Center personnel. A statement of work, community readiness unit service guide for Air Force Space Command family support centers, a wage determination, and SF 1449 Solicitation will be immediately attached to this notice. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer are at their discretion and direction, and are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
