This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals and submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This survey is subsequent to an initial survey posted in FedBizOps on June 21, 2004 under reference number NHLBI-2004-PS(CSR)-103.
