The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia announces its intent to issue a solicitation for Analytical, Management, and Administrative Services in Support of the Programming Phase of OPNAV N80’s Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) mission. Services required include analyzing programming and budgeting effects of changes and addressing risks in relation to POM budget formulation; interfacing with Resource Sponsors on development of PPBE program planning; providing PPBE data entry into the Program Budget Information System (PBIS); performing summary analyses, cost analyses, and point papers on various PPBE topics; meeting and scheduling support; and administrative office support.
