This is not a solicitation. The BLM Oregon/Washington State Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for temporary acquisition support services for the State of Oregon. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing GSA schedule contract for all typical Contract Specialist duties that are not considered to be inherently governmental functions. Any functions defined by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.503(c)(12) as inherently governmental will be performed by warranted BLM Contracting Officers (CO). PROJECT INFORMATION: Work consists of performing a wide variety of acquisition activities from procurement planning, solicitation, evaluation and award.
