The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price order on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures to the Environmental Systems Research Institute to provide ArcGIS maintenance support services to the National Geodetic Survey Systems Development Division. Notwithstanding the Government's intent to negotiate for this requirement on a sole source basis with the Environmental Systems Research Institute, responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of the posting of this notice.
