This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Cougars ISP Sports Network, 540 North Trade Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 for marketing and advertising during the soccer and baseball seasons for 2010 thru 2014. This will be the only notice of the Governments intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify Jennifer Shaw in writing via e-mail at [email protected] by 5:00 P.M. MST on 30 August 2010. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
