Synopsis is hereby amended to change the set aside from SDOVB to Unrestricted and extend the anticipated solicitation release date from on/about 20 Januar 2010 to on/about 17 February 2010. This notice will be amended if the issue date is changed more than one week earlier/later. All other information contained in the synopsis remains unchanged.
