Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, and insurance to provide Bonded Car Service for the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Agent Cashier Office and Veterans Canteen Service in accordance with specifications and requirements herein for the period 4/1/2019 through 3/31/2020 with option to extend up to four additional years. The deposits shall be deposited at a federally chartered bank. These will be deposits of the Federal Government and receipts shall be provided when next pickup is done.
