The Mission & Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, intends to award a sole source contract to the Province of Our Lady of Consolation in Mount Saint Francis, Indiana for the Catholic Religious Services Contract for Father Sebastian Cunningham. The Services needed for the Installation Chapel are: Performs Weekly (Saturday & Sunday) Masses, Performs Holy Day of Obligation Masses, Performs Special Prayer Vigils, Performs Holy Week Mass, Conducts Advent and Lenten Penance Services, Conducts Children Masses, Conducts Weekday Masses, Conducts Pre-marital Counseling, Conducts Wedding Rehearsals, Conducts Weddings, Conducts Baptism Classes, Conducts Baptisms, Performs counseling, Conducts Confessions, Conducts RCIA/Convert Instructions, Conducts RCIA/Convert Services, Conducts Anointing of the Sick. At this time Father Sebastian is the only Priest that can perform these services at White Sands Missile Range, based on the fact that local churches can not compete against one another.
