Provide Closing Agent Services for single family properties owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD intends to award one contract in addition to the already exisiting contract to cover area 13 in the State of Texas. Area 13 includes the following counties: Aransa, Atascosa, Bandera, Bastrop, Bee, Bexar, Blanco, Brooks, Burnet, Caldwell, Calhoun, Cameron, Comal, Dewitt, Dimmit, Duval, Edwards, Fayette, Frio, Gillespie, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kendall, Kenedy, Kerr, Kinney, Kleberg, La Salle, La Vacca, Lee, Live Oak, Llano, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Nueces, Real, Refugio, San Patricio, Starr, Travis, Ulvalde, Val Verde, Victoria, Webb, Willacy, Williamson, Wilson, Zapata, and Zavala. The contract duration will be one year with options for four additional years. This is a total small business set aside.
